My service advisor was amazing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and his customer service was impeccable. My mother had a stroke and was in the hospital. I was not able to bring the car back right away that day. He allowed me to bring it back the next morning. I am forever grateful because I was able to stay with her Overnight during her critical time. I just appreciate that. He had a human side and cared about my stressful situation.Everyone who assisted me, including the porters in the garage, were excellent as well. They helped me transfer things from the Lexus rental to my car. I was exhausted because I have been up all night. So the extra help was icing on the cake.

Despite the fact that, due to an accident that blocked all lanes, I was twenty minutes late for my appointment, Will Gallagher, got me in and out in record time. In addition, he took the time to help me reset my map and radio. Plus, I truly appreciate your pointing out what needs to be fixed now and, at the same time, also giving me a heads’ up as what will need to be addressed at my next service. I wouldn’t take my car any where else for service!
