Experience with Sales Rep (Beverly Palmer) was Excellent - 5 Star. Her communications and staying with deal to conclison was very courteous and effecient . However, from the Sale Agreement till the time with Finance Manager was several hours, and unacceptable wait time in our opinion,. I had waited from Saturday afternoon when the Dealer was vey busy until Monday afternoon to complete transaction. Seems there were lots of folks hanging and walking around in the afternoon, but nothing quick happened. Nothing at this point was effecient or prompt. We were returning customers to Nally Lexus and have sent numberous other Buyers there in the past. We haave never had such an unfavorable experience and delays. I was told that the Manager was aware of the delay, but still nothing happened and we never saw anyone other than Beverly and the Finance Manager, whom we had a bit of trouble understanding. This was a cash deal with no Tag or Registration as Out of State use, so should have been an easier close.
