Han and team were attentive and helpful from the moment my wife starting inquiring about a new car. He followed up with emails and texts to let us know about inventory. In our first day that we were available to go see the cars in person, were able to test drive and lock in the deal same day to trade in our 2017 RX350 for our new 2024 RX350! Han and the finance team worked through a couple scenarios with us to find the best fit. Very good experience and that’s why we came back again this round to Nalley Lexus Roswell.
