Waited for my 35k service and they were quick and explained the area that needed extra service. Tires rotated and new windshield wipers.

In for 60k service, stayed in the waiting area. Price was not too unreasonable with online coupon. Tech recommended tire replacement, but I declined that since I wanted to look at options and other prices. I did not get pressured to do that, and was reassured that I was probably good for another couple of months at least.
