We have been a long time Lexus family for many years. When we recently moved to Georgia we found Jim Roberts with Nalley Lexus who helped us continue our long time love for the Brand. He is honest and a pleasure to work with. Mike and Dexter, Nalley business mgrs helped us navigate all the different ways to end our 3yr lease. We decided to buyout our lease and certify our RX. There was allot of paperwork that they all helped us with. We love the team at Nalley including Brandi Malay our service advisor.

Came in the only for tire rotation. Due to oil change interval > yr, added that service and found a low battery. Wish they had reset click, but otherwise fine interaction. Service person pleasant.
