The negative is there was no loaner vehicle available at 9 am and I requested prior to my service date. BMW would have made this happen. My service representative was awesome.

Jordan, my service advisor, was very helpful and friendly. He made sure I was up to date on the progress of the service and made me feel right at home. He made me think I was his only customer. I’ve never had that kind of attention from a car dealer. Thank you, Jordan.

My 2012 ES had a maintenance “emergency “. I called Brandi Maday (Customer Rep) who was able to make a quick appointment to have the issue resolved. As always Brandi is very customer focused.
