I thought that Jordan Stephenson is an excellent service rep for your dealership. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Although I had to bring my car back for a software related problem that did not exist prior to bringing the car in for service. Jordan was not at fault.

The first person the customer comes in contact with is the garage attendant which sets the tone for Nalley Lexus. It does note bode well for you when the person is obviously bored with her job or people. A smile and pleasant voice is not asking a lot and should be in the job description. I thought, in the past, we received an evaluation of our tires and brakes. Is that no longer the case? Nalley Lexus has always been a classy and up beat dealership and service department- I hate to see it eroding!
