Needed to bring newly purchased used RX 320 up to date on service. I was treated well, but ended up spending more than original quote

Hassan was very patient and directed me to an almost new rx350h. I live 2 hours away and it turned into a long day by the time we finished the closing process. I am not very technically endowed and was unable to get very educated relating to the electronics & computerization of the car. I need to come back soon and get additional training when I have a free day.

Kevin did a great job! Warranty discussion with Business Manager was tricky, and would recommend showing the numbers differently. Middle package ended up being $12k+, but was not clearly shown that way upfront. That is overly expensive. We cancelled, once we realized the full cost.

The service was completed quickly and I really appreciate not waiting for hours. It was a little pricey!
