We were assisted by Jim Robert's, and Dexter Harris. Both were very knowledgeable and very helpful and respectful of what we were looking for. No pressure to purchase, it was like talking with a friend and easy. Together we found exactly what we were looking for and negotiated the price and the terms. There was no push to get us into more than what we were comfortable with, and we appreciated the respect that they gave to that fact. We initially went looking at the ES350 but found it was to tight for someone that's fuller figured, not uncomfortable just to tight. We were recommended to look at the RX350 and it was evident from the first sit in the driver's seat that it was what we needed. We were presented with the options and Jim took the time to educate us on all the features that each car offered. We were also offered to wait to see other vehicles that were coming in in the next week or two, but fell for the one we purchased. It's exactly what we were looking for. The price was more expensive than what we went in looking for, but in the end we were exactly where we wanted to be car wise and payment wise.

This was my 2nd purchase from Nalley Lexus in Roswell and I was very happy w the outcome. Johnnie and the managers really were so nice and helpful in getting me the color I wanted and I just love what Lexus has done w the 2024 model. I've been waiting for the technology to be upgraded and it was worth the wait...so thankful the leg extension was added too. I just love my new Lexus!

Quick and relatively painless (the cost is always painful.) Theodore was incredibly nice. My only complaint about this visit had nothing to do with. my service. It was the fact I received THREE messages in rapid succession - text, phone call, and email - about selling my car during my visit. It’s invasive and such ridiculous overkill that it makes me want to take all my business elsewhere. I don’t mind being contacted ONCE but three times in immediate succession? Why is that allowed? it’s such a turn off and the opposite of good sales.
