Will has always been fantastic over the last 14 years! I’ve bought 3 cars from Nalley. Will it be my last ?My es 350 2021 is another subject. I despise this car from the dangerous navigation system a collision is what I am worried about .,try to do 3 functions and still keep the car in the lane, that is also extremely aggravating every time it jumps from function to function. I hope someone in your group has experienced it.The driver side seat settings are interrupted every time I leave the car with my knuckle hitting another button. The coating on the wheels is flaking off. The steering wheel thread is some kind of cotton that unravels unlike a heavy duty thread on most of your other models.I’m sure you will not address this !Michael Garrell

Everything was great.

Jordan was excellent! The car wash machine was not working and my car was returned without a wash. This was the only bad part of the experience.

Had to take a few calls…would have liked a more private working space, but other than that, service was faster than expected.

Good service but took quite a while. Also a bit expensive for a 5 K mile check which I thought was just a rotation.

Extremely polite and competent people at every turn. Waiting area is very nice, they took great care of my car and got it back to me quickly.
