My service appointment went quite well. I would like to single out Anthony Turner, Diagnostic Specialist, who spent time helping me. He was exceptionally thorough and a gentleman. A person like him is surely an asset to your service department.

I had talked to several people before I made the trip to pick out a car.

It was fine.The car wash was broken.There was no communication on Friday concerning the tires on our car. They wouldn't balance so new ones were ordered. And that's the last we heard. Never was called to say problem fixed and the car was ready.They did replace brake shoes on back that THEY said should have been replaced before we received the car since it was a certified vehicle. We called but David had already left for day. Got service person who said to pick up Saturday. We live in South Carolina and hadn't planned on staying another day.
