Our "new" certified Lexus ES 300h needed a new spark plug and had to be towed into the service center. We had called the service department and were given the name of a private towing company which we used. Anthony was very helpful in having the service done quickly and also helping us to get reimbursed for the tow, as the car was covered by Lexus Certified coverage (Roadside Assistance), and we had been advised to use a private service instead of the towing covered by the Roadside Assistance. We really appreciated Anthony's help.

My service rep, Brandi Maday, provided once again a thorough review of the car. There were small issues like wipers and the the fuel door that needed to be fixed and were completed. Professional yet friendly in taking care of me and my car.
