The 5,000 mile service was quick, they had me in and out.I am still waiting on something to come out about the problem with the roof rack. If a product is faulty it should be fixed by the manufacture; either a refund or a replacement. I am very disappointed with Lexus on how they have handled this situation.

I was only planning to research several Lexus vehicles. But, Kevin Hauser introduced himself and thoroughly discussed several of the vehicles i was interested in and I was sold. Kevin was very patient and thorough and at no time did he rush me into making a decision which was a plus with me. The other staff would acknowledge my presence by greeting me with 'good morning' or 'hello' which was thoughtful.

I met my new service advisor, Gloria, who did a great job. The car was ready at the expected time and the work was explained.
