My battery light popped on late afternoon. It would turn off as RPM's went up. Will Gallagher recommended I come in right away since it indicated a potential alternator problem and I could be left stranded with battery drain. He arranged an early morning (Saturday) slot & even arranged a loaner for me. In addition to the alternator, several other major issues popped up in the diagnosis phase - including camshaft seals, etc. Will was FANTASTIC providing me detailed information and live phone guidance about how to best approach things. Parts were ordered and Will kept me up to date at all times. I could not ask for better service and am truly appreciative of Will's efforts.
