Took vehicle in for 25,000 mile service that was performed in a timely manor. We were quoted one price for this service on the phone and was a higher price when we. brought it in. The service itself was very good.

Eric Frost was extremely helpful. He was very patient, did not push for an immediate sale, and was very knowledgeable about the Lexus NX Hybrid and RX350 Hybrid SUV's. Without his assistance, I don't know if we would have bought a car as quick as we did. We were not serious buyers at the time, and were in no rush to make a decision. Because he was not pushy, and took the time to work with us, we quickly changed our minds.
