Service advisor David Fazio exceeds my expectations. He kept me informed of my service progress the entire time I was waiting. He is respectful, competent, and funny!

On time and complete

The service was good but much too expensive. $230 for an oil change and tire rotation feels exorbitant.

I always have an excellent experience at Nalley Lexus Roswell. The valets are extremely polite and careful with my vehicle as they take it away to the service garage. I was a little early for my appointment so another advisor took it upon himself to check me in and get the process started since my usual advisor was on his lunch break. Even though they were very busy, he took the time to explain everything and make me not feel rushed or pressured. The waiting lounge was extremely clean as always and I watched as all the advisors were all extremely professional, genuine, kind, and polite with the clients. My usual advisor, Jordan Stephenson, came back and immediately came over mid-service to check in and greet me. The technician working on my vehicle was incredibly communicative to me as well as to Jordan, sending pictures detailing everything he was working on as well as why certain other items were recommended, which I agreed to have done while I was there. Jordan was a pleasure to work with as always and clearly takes a great deal of pride in client satisfaction and helping to take care of my vehicle. All of this is the reason I make the two hour drive to the dealership whenever my Lexus suv needs anything and why I will be a longtime Lexus owner.

Everybody is very professional and the amenities in the waiting area are certainly adequate. My only complaint… I think a complimentary car wash should be a no-brainer when you pay $300 for what amounts to an oil change.

Everything was good except the fact that my car was not washed and i was not informed that it would not be washed.
