Todd is really good at his job. He introduced me the new Lexus RX. The new update, what I need. Show me the new colors and patiently go to order the new colors with me. I know I am being difficult because the new Lexus RX I did not choose the sport. I choose the regular one just because I don’t like the seat of the sport. He explain everything to me and go through all the paperwork with me. I love working with him. Thank you. I really love the color of my car.

My experience was outstanding! I profusely dreaded shopping for a new vehicle. I didn't feel like going through a song and dance to get to a real price for a vehicle of interest. However, I was completely and pleasantly surprised when Bryan Shannon approached and offered to assist me. He was outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable about Lexus products, reasonable, and patient and he listened to me. He didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in but found exactly what I was looking for. He was respectful and diligently worked to get me the SUV of my dreams. He is an asset to Lexus!!
