Anthony took my car in. I was 30 minutes early for my 8:00am appointment time. He was very accommodating and thoughtful. My service man was on time and joined in the service asap.I have never had such spot on service personal assistance as I've had since I switched form Hennessy to Nalley. I thank you all f4om the service manager on down.Thank you Nalley.

Everyone is always nice. Pleasant to deal with. Service pricing too expensive and will likely reduce utilization of Lexus for basic service. I understand that the service department is a significant revenue generator for the dealership, but the basic pricing for simple stuff is excessive .
