This is the first time in my life that I ever purchased a preponderance vehicle, sight unseen. After a 10 hour drive to Nalley Lexus, I was warmly received when I arrived at the showroom. Following a tour of the facility, I was shown my new car, which was even nicer than they described it over the phone. I wholeheartedly recommend checking out Nalley Lexus, as they went far and beyond my expectations.

My experience with the salesman Todd was very good! He was patient and understanding of my concerns and was knowledgeable and helpful. The time to complete the process was a little longer than I expected but it was Friday and busy. Other than that it was a good experience.

The experience was great and Brandi is always very helpful and courteous.

Lazarus was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he walked me through the interior exterior and helped me with the settings. Rodrigo Sanchez was very personable and I believe he did the best he could to get me what I deserve in terms of financing. I can't wait to go back for my first service and would reccomend others to buy from nalley lexus.
