Exceptional ; I finally got a specific answer regarding some paint touch up o need fro my Lexus . He even walked me to my car and opened the door . Also the light on my dash is finally off indicating tire problem . Jordan gave me customer care I haven’t had since Bobbi Smith left .

As always Will takes good care of us. He knows when we come in, we only work with him. When he saw both our cars on the schedule he went above and beyond to ensure we got taken care of.

We came to get service on my RX350. The Service Tech assigned to my car was exceptional at doing all he could to determine what was wrong. He made arrangements for a loaner car for me to use and that saved us a good bit of money. There were some glitches with the key fobs for the car but the workers were incredibly helpful and efficient in getting everything worked out. This whole experience could have been a nightmare but when Nicole Jarneski got involved, it all turned to a very smooth experience and even though we decided the repair costs were prohibitive for our budget on an older car, we ended up with a very nice used car that I am thrilled with.

We had a great experience. Manny was personable and helpful the entire time.
