We purchased a used vehicle from Alex Dumond. Alex was amazing and I would give him a 5 star rating. The reason for the 4 star rating was that the finance department was super slow and missed several pieces of paperwork for us to sign. We had pre-signed online with Clicklane the night before and then had to re-sign everything on my phone when we came into the the office. And then we left without having all paperwork signed. So we had to overnight the paper work the next day (we live in Newnan, GA).

They fixed the new key quickly .

Everything was handled timely and efficiently.
