Everyone was extremely polite and nice. However, they did encourage us to move faster than we wanted. We needed more information before making this major purchase. In the end we slowed down and my questions and concerns were answered and we completed the transaction. All and all we were satisfied and happy with our experience.

My husband and I arrived at Nalley Lexus in Roswell in the market for a new 2024 Lexus. While I had previously owned an RX350 F Sport, I was open to other models of the RX350. Having never driven an hybrid before, I was curious about them. Megan Russell was able to answer all my questions and provide me with enough information to decide on the RX350h Premium plus. Megan is very easy to work with, understands the product, and when we wanted a different interior, was able to identify a delivery of the vehicle the next week. Suggested, and we secured, the car with a refundable deposit - which was a great ease of mind, and we could stop looking.
