Great service, very expensive.

We had a very early appointment. We were greeted by a rep as soon as we arrived. We were checked in promptly.Will Gallagher is our service rep and is always, pleasant, courtesy, patient, and knowledgeable. He keeps us informed as to what is going on with the car and get us out in a timely manner.

oil change and tire problem

Nalley did not honor their promise of first four services complimentary from when I purchased the car...did receive free oil change. Also, the car wash system was down.
