It was a good experience overall. However "mistakenly" giving the special interest rate that only applied to the IS350 then taking it away after signing to the agreed price at then end of the deal. Should made you honer what the sales manager agreed too , but live and learn i wasn't really buying the car for the interest rate anyway.
