It was easy to make a maintenance appointment. I got there a little early and they were able to take me right away. The work was done within the time frame I expected and my advisor reviewed the work and my car's status with me. One of the reasons I have been a Lexus customer for over 20 years is the service because I have confidence in the work that's done and it's at a reasonable price.
