Truck shopping online from Texas, I came across one at Nalley Lexus. Over 800 miles away. This truck looked clean from the pictures and had all the features and and more. Called to see if it was still available. Alex was able to assist and answer any question I had , sent me videos , pictures , and was very professional during the whole process. Went above and beyond even when I hired a delivery driver to pick it up for shipping. I actually enjoyed the buying experience. I will be buying more cars from 800 miles away just becuase of Alex and this dealerships process.
