Wanted to talk to Mike re appraisal on my 2 &. 1/2 year old GX with only 2,700 miles on it but you were too busy. Mike sent me an email saying come on by but when I sent word back twice he never came, was told he was too busy. After an hour I left. Then y’all called and said turn around and come back. Disappointing.
