Igor is a wonderful service advisor. Super nice fellow.It was a minor issue(battery) and was resolved. I simply need to drive the car more often!Thank you for not charging us for the checking of the battery, which is still somewhat new.

It was good except my 15% Costco coupon for parts, labor and services was declined once I was told that tires were needed; they were mysteriously excluded from the coupon without explanation.

Johnie Anderson showed us the car we were interested in. I was hesitant because of the 4 cylinder engine but he assured me it would hold up. We bought the RX350 and are very happy with it.
