came in for routine service but needed brakes. was somewhat disappointed that the shop didn't have brakes but i had a loaner. the only inconvenience was i had to delay a trip out of town two days due to the mileage restrictions on the loaner. but, my service advisor was very helpful and kept me informed. he is a great asset for nalley lexus during a time where customer service seems to be secondary at best for many businesses.

They did not wash car
