Sales side was done very well. No pressure was applied. However, the finance team was a completely different story. It act ruined our experience and came extremely close to cancellation of the deal. I understand the job and process of that function, but as you say… you are there to serve the customer. We bought a $65K vehicle le that took no work by your team as we had it picked out basically. So the finance team needs to listen to the customer the same way sales and other operations do. When I say no… it means no!!!
