I am concerned I was given a piece of paper with my receipt asking for 5s on the survey. It is a Lexus dealership and I have been coming here over 20 years for service. It is my expectation that the service and experience is 5 star all the time. I would like it better if I had the same consultant every time I came, but I know that is unlikely in this day and age. But back in the day Chad knew me and my car…sheer perfection !
