Overall, the experience was excellent, however, I found that my tire inflation sensor was on shortly after I left the service area. I guess the warning was not visible during the servicing but somehow the warning remains on eventhough the tires are inflated properly.

our salesman, jim roberts, was the best ever! he was kind, not pushy and very informative. he went out of his way to make sure we had options instead of trying to push us into one specific car. unfortunately, and in no way his fault, the process to buy a new car is grueling! it seems there has to be a much better way to shorten the experience. i am a realtor and i can close on a million dollar home in less than an hour. i think if people could do their paperwork in advance and qualify for their loan in advance much like they do with a home this experience would be a whole lot easier. i was actually so exhausted after the whole day of being at nalley that my drive home was not the exciting event that i expected. i think it is important to be very honest as i would want my clients to be with me. thank you so much to jim roberts for taking excellent care of us and to lexus for providing such quality products.mrs. pamela 'el' morris
