Everything went good, except I noticed scuffs at the edge of the hood and a couple of Grey handprints on my car white exterior. That's why it is 4 stars only.

i had visitors the dealership a couple of times to decide on the vehicle i wanted to purchase. bryan shannon is a dynamic sales person who knows his stuff! i love my new nx 250- it's my first lexus and i wonder why i have waited so long! mo was great too when it came down to crunching numbers!
