pretty seamless transaction point of view. salesperson was very helpful. services department did a bad job cleaning and servicing the car. they completely forgot the do the alignment which i pointed out was an issue during my test drive

Everything was good except the car wash was down and I had to go without a wash.

Igor is one of a kind!!! His customer service was the best I ever had at Lexus !!! My husband was / is recovering from surgery and Igor went out of his way to make sure we had all that we needed with repairs so we could focus on my husbands healing . We LOVE Igor !!!
