This was my first time at Nalley Lexus to service my 2010 ES350 and overall, I was pleased. My only compliment is the young lady that took my name when I first checked in, was lacking personality. She actually wasn't friendly and that stopped me from giving a 5 star. Anthony, was excellent and I would recommend him as a service advisor to my friends with Lexus.
