excellent customer service as usual. i had two of my vehicles serviced while i was there.

will is my service manager.... always a good experience ... my car is a 2018 lexus 350zx... only has 8,000 miles on it....

my only issue was that i received a text saying i could track the status of the work being done on my vehicle; about an hour and a half in i decided to check and it showed no work had even begun so i reached out to my service manager who told me they were almost done but for some reason the system hadn't been updated.

As usual, excellent customer service with Will. Clear and valuable descriptions of service needed. Very reasonable time and efficiency. Always the best!

arrived on time and was greeted promptly. will came over and talked to me to make sure everything would be preformed today. service was completed in just a little over one hour.

good overall but you charged me for gasoline i didn't use and i added gas to the car before returning it
