service was good. my service rep kept me updated and explained what the mechanic found. all good. price was a little high but igor was able to get it somewhat discounted.

what can i say but that david fazio was his usual efficient self with my service appt. he was very professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. he is the reason i keep coming back, and when i buy a new car next year, i will continue to use david for all of my service needs

my car purchase experience went smoothly for purchase of the es 350. the salesperson lazarus provided a thorough synopsis of setting up many of the features available and linking my ios phone to the vehicles technology. i was impressed with the ease of completing the entire process.

hee did a really great job she got me the price i was willing to pay and she helped me through the process to make sure everything went smooth. rodrigo was excellent on the finance side answering all my questions and up selling me a warranty to go with the truck. i felt like i was at a great dealership and not a dealership that tries to hide fees and sell me things i don't need that was vital for me to make a purchase here

eric frost was our sales person and was great to work with. eric made sure we were taken care of, and that our needs were met. eric went the extra mile to interact with my two boys and now they are asking to go see mr. eric lol.
