i have a major complaint. i say major because i will most likely not buy from nalley again. my appointment was at 10:00am. my wife and i arrived 20 minutes before our appointed time. we met with the advisor and she indicated that it would be about an hour or an hour and a half. after one hour and 20 minutes i noticed our vehicle was not in the garage area where the cars are worked on. we asked the nalley representative why is our car still sitting in the parking lot and she said the hour or the hour and a half is from the time we first met with her to the time the car would actually be worked on. if my appointment is at 10:00 am that should be the time my vehicle should be serviced.

david was wonderful as always. not happy about defective tire pressure sensor after tire alignment and then want to charge me $428. not likely coincidence since sensor light was not on prior to alignment. i am a loyal long customer and not happy that this was presented in this manner.
