Igor was my service tech for the day because my normal tech was out. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all the questions I had. Igor was a pleasure to work with.

We are third time Nalley customers. We love working with our associate, Manny Hiraldo. We stopped in just to try out the German seats and Manny told us about a Lexus 600 that was just what I wanted. We left with my new car later that afternoon. He made it happen! Manny is accessible, very personable and professional. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for a car! Also, the finance manager was very personable, professional and helpful as well. We really liked him, too. I appreciated the fact he and Manny got approval to give me a day to transfer funds to cover my check and I could leave with my car. A win/win!

Service manager was friendly and helpful

Igor was fantastic, he clearly explained what services that my car was due for and the cost in advance. The estimate in completion time was accurate and he took the time afterward to be sure I understood what would need done at the next visit.

Johnnie was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Good to have a guy my age helping me out.
