Although the car that I had ordered was delayed for several weeks, ALL the people I dealt with at Nalley in Roswell were fantastic. Johnny Anderson stepped up from the very beginning. He helped me find the car I originally ordered and communicated with me thru the entire process. When he realized my car wouldn’t be delivered he worked to get me into a “replacement” that is perfect for me. Johnny made sure I knew the details of the whole process, introduced me to my service person and has checked on me a few times since delivery. Excellent experience with them.
