Sasha was such a huge help while deciding which car to purchase. We were between the TX, Infiniti QX60, and Volvo XC90, and Sasha really drove home the benefits of staying within the Lexus family, the new features that are included in the TX, and allowing us to test drive multiple times to compare vehicles.

Positive service and support. Will was out due to illness. Brandi took good care of my wife and I. We brought two cars in. The cost of replacing 4 TPMS seemed a little high but it was my choice to replace all 4.
