I had an appointment and did not get checked in for 20 minutes. I called several times from the waiting area to contact my rep. The service went well, dropped off and picked up a couple hours later.

30,000 mile service call david fazio he booked my appointment met me when i came explaining what the service entailed we talked about an ongoing issue he has today to keep the car they performed service the next day tried to give replicate the issue couldn't called me had everything ready when i got there i couldn't ask for a better service person
