I did not have to spend an entire afternoon haggling over the price of the car I wanted to buy. Lexus has a set price, like CarMax, which I prefer. I had done my pre-buy due diligence so I knew that the price they were asking was fair for them and for me. My salesman was a delightful young man who explained the process, gave us a detailed breakdown of the car and showed us all its features. I was very impressed.

I went to buy a used car with the help of my brother. The sales person Ali was wonderful. Very responsive and gave us a great customer experience. He went above and beyond in showing us how to use the features in the car. However, the financing could have gone better. We put in a deposit that we wanted to apply towards the loan balance, so that the principal would be an even amount. However, the deposit was refunded to us and we are now being charged interest on it. When we tried to express that to the finance person, it seemed that he did not understand that. That is my only qualm. Otherwise, very professional people that I interacted with.
