i came in to get the second key fob for the car i bought in april. igor was very nice and helpful.my only issue is that 6 months after buying the car i still didn't have the key fob and no communication about it since may. i had to call my salesman and inquire about it and he told me to come in and pick it up. i wonder how much longer i would have waited if i hadn't called.

Great service. Mr. Lazarus Mason was my sales consultant. He was super knowledgeable of all of the vehicles we wanted to see. He reviewed all of the features, options, etc., with us. No pressure from anyone on making a purchase. Professional people work there. We ended up buying a new 2024 Lexus!
