i was taken care of without an appointment on a saturday after talking to the service manager, nicole. i was very concerned about hesitation with my car starting. i was assigned to jordan stephenson who took very good care of me and exhibited excellent customer service. was my first time working with him.

the car was in for routine 90k servicing. while it was in, they detected that it needed an alignment ... and they also told me it would need two new tires within the next 5,000 miles ... but they suggested i go ahead and get them now since there was a special available on tires. finally brandi was willing to take some time to talk with me about the service requirements of some of the cars lexus sales ... because i told her that i was considering a new car within the next year. that conversation was very helpful
