will does a great job as usual. i arrived early and pulled into the garage. i was met by an individual who asked for my name and who was my advisor. they directed me to the lounge and told me that will would come find me. i went inside and will found me sitting in the lounge area. he explained how long it would take and i can follow the process on my phone. he asked if i had any questions or requests. i asked if he could check the windshield wipers. once the car was ready...will came and got me. he asked if i had any questions. the wipers were fine...just needed more wiper fluid on the windshield. i paid and was on my way home. will does a great job!! thank you!!
