i set up my visit on line and asked for and oil + filter change and a cabin filter change which is what my vehicle calls for at the mileage that i have. instead i got an oil change and a tire rotation.when i picked up my car. late in the day, saw that they didn't change cabin filter, i of course asked why not and the service mgr said that he would just reset the warning light inmy vehicle which calls for cabin filters. it was late. i was tired. i said ok and left
