Gave 4 stars because I was there for programming smart key. Key was not ordered even though I made clear when i made the appointment I received my letter for my smart key on new vehicle purchased in January. David Fazio recovered the service by obtaining a spare smart key ordered for another purpose or person, not sure, but we left with a smart key. Thank you David.
