The Lexus.com website was a very user friendly way for me to learn about the 2024 Lexus RX 450h features and custom packages.Once I selected the vehicle and options I wanted, Sales Manager Raleigh Arner was excellent to work with and provided updates throughout the process to secure the vehicle via my deposit and tracking its status from Jacksonville to the dealership in Roswell.Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership Bryan Shannon did a great job working with me to instruct me about the features of the vehicle and how to configure them to my preferences. Larry was also wonderful to work with to ensure all the documents were signed accurately to complete the purchase.Overall I was thrilled with how the whole team worked together to ensure the purchase process was as smooth as possible for me.

Excellent service as all time I get or except from a dealership

y'all were so very nice to loan me a car because you didn't have the tire i needed in stock and i needed to work the day of my appointment. because i work 13 hr days i had to keep your car for 3 days. your people were so sweet! they said "don't worry, we have plenty of cars😉" as they waved their arms around your show room and lot! i was so stressed out 😰. it is always such a pleasure to deal with lexus. as i drove away i thought, why didn't i remember how great they are? thank you very, very much!

i was a little early, but they were ready, and allowed me to come right in. then my serve advisor (will) came to me right away to confirm the serve i requested and they got right to work. i was there about 45 minutes and i was on my way in less than an hour.
