Brandi provided excellent customer service.My service required a part to be ordered. I was provided a loaner car. The incorrect part was shipped but that was quickly corrected. I was not inconvenienced due to having a loaner. Brandi kept me informed throughout the repair process. Brandi’s service was FIVE star. She had no control over the incorrect part being shipped. Other than that hiccup, everything was great.
